Ballard Health Club is a friendly, neighborhood gym. One-on-one fitness
training with our NSCA accredited fitness professionals, yoga classes (Hatha,
Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and more) plus aerobic and fitness classes are included
in our affordable membership dues. There are no fees beyond our membership

modalities including deep tissue and cranio-sacral therapy.

Process
work facilitation is an affirming body-centered, earth-based approach to
developing and deepening one’s awareness of inner and outer experiences
and signals in order to bring increased meaning, guidance, richness and
ease into our lives.
In
contrast to “therapy” which tends to look at a difficulty or symptom primarily
as something to be solved or fixed, process oriented inner work facilitation
is based on the idea that no symptom or problem is pathological.
Instead each contains the possibility of leading us deeper, connecting
us with “something” more than our everyday, limited identity.

Individual Retreat Consultation (design and facilitation)
In
addition to offering occasional small group retreats and classes, I specialize
in offering process-oriented, custom designed, individual retreats for
those wanting to take time away from the schedule, responsibilities and
distractions of every day life.
Whether
you want to take 1 or 2 days or 3 or more for retreat, I will help you
create a retreat designed according to your goals, orientation, and experience,
providing as much or as little structure, suggestions, support, exercises
and/or meditations as you want.
My
aim is to provide a container, guidance, and support so that individuals
can tend to, explore, and nourish the parts of themselves that might get
ignored or over-looked in the midst of the busy-ness of every day life.
